Our company was founded with a passion for the evolving coal mining industry and a desire to contribute positively to its growth. Meet the Visionaries Behind Our Success
Johannes Msibi, the founder and Director of Vibrant International Mining services is an entrepreneur whose excellence is driven through passion and dedication to the logistics sector and mining industry.
Phindulo Ramagoma, the co-founder of Vibrant International Mining Services, is a dynamic and strategic mining engineer with a robust background in the coal mining industry. With a BSc in Mining Engineering and 11 years of operational experience, Phindulo has progressed from a candidate engineer in training to various roles. She is passionate about problem solving with strong leadership and analytical skills. Currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, she is a member of SACMA and holds a Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (MMCC).
